1. Charlie is looking to moving the lumber yard to the southern part of the property and then putting a gas station on the north end of the property. Would like to build it as a two-story building. UDOT wants to have it as a intersection fully developed with turn lanes. This is preliminary. If the development with the 40 acres happen with the county they will have to put in another intersection further west or use the same intersection. Gathering Code from other cities in the valley one under the conditional use permit or Charlie will do the heavy lifting and then the town can tweak it for the town through the attorneys. Will want to include what Amalga wants. Couple considerations the tanks will be above ground. Will have high flow and Parking. Will have dimming lights and landscaping to protect the neighbors.
2. Mark: How about fire suppression? If you go with Sinclair they have a checklist of their requirements.
3. This may cause UDOT to lower the speed limit.
4. Be about 15 employees.
5. Red Deisel for farming.
