- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. Electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. Contact the District for electronic access. The board meeting will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Approval of February 11, 2026 minutes B. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval) - Unapproving Zion's Bank as an option for money management C. Manager's Report continued (for discussion only) - Weber Basin Agency Meeting Report - Water Season start dates - Meter installation update - Customer Portal through Weber Basin update - BID Audit update - Legislative updates - Discuss process for new board member search - Safety - Rural Water Conference report - Discussion of future agenda items D. Financial - Approval of Monthly Expenditures: E. Closed Session - move to closed session to discuss items pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-205
