Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby
given that Meadow Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on
March 10th, 2026 immediately following the public hearing scheduled at 7:00 pm
at the Meadow Fire House.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening Ceremonies (three-minute limit)
2. Review of minutes for public hearing minutes for December 2025 and
January 2026.
3. Discussion of electing a new Planning and Zoning Chairman for 2026.
4. Discuss if needed the revisions for chapters 2, 4, and 9 in the town
ordinances.
5. Discuss and possible vote to approve subdivision ordinance.
6. Adjourn
