- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-l TO R-1A FOR THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY JOSEPH SCOTT EDWARDS, LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 320 S 400 W, COMPRISING .65 ACRES (SEE ATTACHED) The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during it Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, meeting to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the parcel of property located at approximately 320 S. & 400 W., owned by Joseph Scott Edwards (Parcel #A-0482-0000-0000). The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A-1) to Residential 1A (R-1A). This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT. The public is encouraged to attend to offer comments. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 9th day of March, 2026.
