NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES. Pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, the City of Moab has scheduled a hearing before the Moab City Council on March 24, 2026 at approximately 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held in the Moab City Council Chambers at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah as part of a regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. This hearing is to consider entry of an order and assessment against Grand County Parcel #01-0MMV-0021, MOUNTAINVIEW DR 737, MOAB UT 84532, City of Moab Case #22031, related to costs expended by the City to abate dangerous conditions at the property pursuant to an order of Moab City's Administrative Law Judge. Failure to appear or file a timely objection may result in the waiver of legal rights, claims, and interests. Inquiries regarding the hearing or objections may be submitted to Clayton H.
