- NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES. Pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, the City of Moab has scheduled a hearing before the Moab City Council on March 24, 2026 at approximately 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held in the Moab City Council Chambers at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah as part of a regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. This hearing is to consider entry of an order and assessment against Grand County Parcel #01-0MMV-0021, MOUNTAINVIEW DR 737, MOAB UT 84532, City of Moab Case #22031, related to costs expended by the City to abate dangerous conditions at the property pursuant to an order of Moab City's Administrative Law Judge. Failure to appear or file a timely objection may result in the waiver of legal rights, claims, and interests. Inquiries regarding the hearing or objections may be submitted to Clayton H. Preece, Deputy City Attorney (801) 413-1600.
