Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on February 10 and February 24, 2024.

a. Fire Chief Dustin Anderson to report on the Fire Department and discuss the purchase of a new fire truck.
b. Librarian Stefanie Anderson to report on the Library.
c. Planning Commission report.
d. Consider approving a conditional use (C-2) for Tyson Thompson to locate an auto mechanic shop at 385 N 800 E as recommended by the Planning Commission.
e. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-4, accepting the annexation petition filed by Mark Engberson for property located at approximately 1050 West 1800 South.
f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2026-1, prohibiting accessory storage units (portable storage containers) from being located on Main Street from the north I-70 interchange to 1500 South.
