The Hurricane City Council will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at 147 N. 870 West Hurricane, Utah on Thursday, March 19, 2026, commencing at 6 p.m. to take comments on the following:
1. Confirming and adopting the environmental mitigation impact fee for the Washington County Habitat Conservation Plan.
This proposal is available for inspection in the office of the Hurricane City Recorder at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West, Hurricane, Utah during regular business hours or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. It can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting, or provide written comments for the City Council's consideration by 3 p.m., the day before the meeting.
