PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a General Plan Amendment Application to change the Brigham City General Plan Future Land Use Map designation on land located between SR-13 and 1500 North and between 1000 West and the Union Pacific Railroad from Office/Light Industrial to Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential on approximately 74 acres. The public hearing will be held Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734 6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 26-016
