- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on enacting the new Title 5 of the Brigham City Municipal Code to be titled the Consolidated Fee Schedule. Title 5 will consolidate all fees across all City functions into one location and codify them for publication. The adoption of Title 5 of the Brigham City Municipal Code does not include any changes to any fee amounts, rather it consolidates all fees into one location for ease of use and transparency. The public hearing will be held Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Mayor's Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
