Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17C-1-602, the Community Reinvestment Agency of Utah County, Utah, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., to consider amending the 2026 budget, including revising estimates or revenues, revising budget appropriations, and authorizing transfers of unencumbered or unexpended balances between departments within the same fund. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees of the Community Reinvestment Agency of Utah County, Utah, may amend the 2026 budget, including revising estimates or revenues, revising budget appropriations, and authorizing transfers of unencumbered or unexpended balances between departments within the same fund.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Jolynn Clegg at 801-851-8113.
