Crittenden Farms Annexation
The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, to receive public comments regarding the Crittenden Farms Annexation. The annexation area is parcel CD-2106. It is ten acres, located near 2396 S Willow Way. The developer is proposing five lots in an AG-1 zone. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road.
