Notice is being given that the Washington Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. hosted at Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings.The Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following: Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Z-26-05 to change 11.45 acres from R-1-10 to PUD-C located at 400 West and Merrill Road. Applicant: Strata Homes. For additional information regarding this item, please contact the Community Development Department at (435) 656-6325 or email zoning@washingtoncity.org. Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the 'Items Available for Public Comment' portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The public comment portal opens the Friday before the meeting and is available until 5:00 pm on the day preceding the meeting. Virtual or in-person meeting attendance is also welcome. Following the Planning Commission review, the Washington City Council will consider this item at a future public meeting and will receive public comment at that time as part of its deliberation.
