Center St. Kyle Blackner PO Box 1013 Zoning Administrator Beaver UT 84713 Karianne Jarvis 435-438-6484 Commission Chairman 435-213-1752 (Fax) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at time 6:55 pm at the Beaver County Administration Building at 105 East Center St., Beaver, Utah, at which time and place the commission will hear public comments concerning the following proposed zoning change: Ordinance 2026-02. The following described parcels of land from Agricultural 10 (A-10) to Agricultural 5 (A-5): Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 28 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; Thence South 1040.97 feet; Thence Northeasterly to a point 814.35 feet North of the Southeast Corner of said Section 25; Thence North 516.89 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; Thence West 1389.94 feet to the Point of Beginning. Also: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 6 West, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; Thence South 30.5 Rods; Thence Northeasterly to a point 2 rods West of the Northeast corner of Lot 4; Thence West 75.43 Rods to the Point of Beginning.
