4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites 5:30 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES from the meeting of February 26, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision. PC 26-012 Brio Office [Design Review] Ryan Short/Brio Home Builders LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a design review permit to construct a new 19,000 square foot office/warehouse building with 15 units located at the corner of 600 West and 200 North in the Commercial Service (CS) Zone; TIN 06-004-0010, in the Ellis Neighborhood. PC 26-013 Logan 2045 General Plan [Plan] Russ Holley/Logan City is requesting the approval of the Logan 2045 General Plan. The General Plan creates a long-term vision for the City to implement over the next 20 years. An Open House will be held before the meeting from 3:00 - 5:00 in the City Hall Lobby.
