Approve minutes of the previous meeting b. Approve purchase orders, payroll and payment of bills c. Licenses and permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 PM: Public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed zone change from Public/Quasi-Public to Highway Commercial zone located at approximately 400 North to 600 West, parcel number F-6999-4, totaling .93 acres. PUBLIC COMMENTS COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report c. Request for donation for annual ATV Jamboree - Charley Christensen d. EDCUtah Presentation - Greg Bisping and Wayne Jackson OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve an application for a zone change from Public/Quasi-Public to High Commercial for property located at approximately 400 North 600 West, parcel # F-6999-4, totaling .93 acres b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-03 allowing for a return of sales and use taxes to Fillmore City from the Utah Inland Port Authority c. Discussion and possible action regarding purchasing water shares COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
