NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Minersville Town Planning Commission on Monday March 23, 2026 starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main Street, Minersville Utah. The Public Hearing will be held to discuss a proposed zone change. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items.
1. Consider a Zone Change, from Single Family Residential to Commercial for Todd & Robyn McMullin, Parcel #04-0007-0058 located at 30 West 100 North, Minersville Utah.
Zoning map and zoning uses are available for review at the Minersville Town Office.
The owner of any real property within the area proposed to be amended on the Zoning Map may file a written objection to the inclusion of their property to the Minersville Town Council. Written objections must be submitted no later than 10 calendar days after the public hearing which will be held March 23, 2026, to the Town Clerk at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main, PO Box 159, Minersville Utah 84752
