PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate/view the meeting.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the enactment/modification of the proposed Drinking Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis, Pressurized Irrigation Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis, and Wastewater Collection System Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis. The Impact Fee Facilities plans, an executive summary of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, and Impact Fee Analyses are available at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue, the Payson City Public Library located at 66 South Main Street, on the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.gov, and upon request by calling 801-465-5205.
