Description/Agenda: Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting held March 3, 2026, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinances 2026-02 and 2026-03. Ordinance 2026-02 updated the Consolidated Fee Schedule to include charges for use of the Community Room at the Public Safety Building. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Murdock. Voting No: none. The motion passed 5-0. Ordinance 2026-03 updated the vendor fees at the Heber Market on Main in the Consolidated Fee Schedule. A complete copy of Ordinance 2026-02 and 2026-03 can be viewed in the office of the Heber City Recorder during normal business hours or online at www.heberut.gov. Trina Cooke Heber City Recorder
