IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, March 3, 2026 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing regarding termination of an easement by release between Ivins City and Enclave Red Mountain Row LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company regarding easements originally granted by Document #0376429 and #0376421 recorded with the Office of County Recorder for Washington County, Utah. Applicant/Owner: Ivins City/Applicant. Contact: Rob Dalley, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
