Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday March 18, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. In the following order:
a. The Council shall receive public input, along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Josh King to amend the General Plan for the property at 590 East Main (Tax ID #11-089-0006), to change the zoning designation from Open Space Conservation (OSC) to Commercial General (CG).
b. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the annexation petition filed by Jason and Sharla Blackham, 50.709 acres more or less of real property, located at approximately 500 North 200 West Tax Id.#11-078-0001.
c. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the annexation petition filed by Ricky R. and Stephanie L. Lindley, 10.97 acres more or less of real property, located at approximately 400 West 1600 South Tax Id.#10-048-0007.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2025-2026.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2025-2026.
