Agenda Item: Downtown Pleasant Grove Plan - City Council Visioning Workshop
The City Council will participate in a facilitated visioning workshop as part of the Downtown Pleasant Grove Plan process.
The session will include:
A presentation summarizing the project scope, timeline, existing conditions findings, and key themes from prior engagement; and
An interactive worksheet exercise to gather Council feedback on policy priorities, desired outcomes, development intensity, connectivity and mobility direction, parking philosophy, gateway focus, and redevelopment strategy.
The purpose of this workshop is to:
Establish leadership direction to guide preparation of the Downtown Framework Scenario;
Clarify policy priorities and areas requiring further exploration; and
Inform the next phase of stakeholder engagement and draft plan development.
This special meeting is intended to gather Council input and provide direction. No formal action or adoption is anticipated.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
