The City Council of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, beginning promptly at 6:50 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to present and accept comments on Ordinance 26-326, an Ordinance establishing the City's designated Water Service Area and amending Delta City Code Section 14.04 Water Use and Regulation.
