Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Washington County, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing to consider agreements to create a community park in Central. Under the agreements, it is possible that a Special Service District may be created if a funding source is required for park maintenance. Such an SSD would have the authority to impose fees or taxes to fund park maintenance. Creation of an SSD in the future would require another public hearing and a resolution or ordinance creating the district. This hearing will be held on March 17th, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Washington County Commission Chambers located at 111 East Tabernacle, St. George, Utah.
