Approve Resolution #2026-17, a Telecommunications Franchise Agreement with CenturyLink 7. Approve Ordinance #10-2026, amending the Lehi Municipal Code Title 1 Chapter 6 Section 4, Mayor and City Council Compensation. XI. Regular Agenda 1. Consideration of Resolution #2026-13, approving an agreement with UDOT for the design, construction and maintenance of a pedestrian bridge over the Jordan River as part of the 2100 N Freeway Project. 2. Consideration of Resolution #2026-14, approving an agreement with UDOT for design, construction, and maintenance of a shared use path as part of the 2100 N Freeway Project. 3. Consideration of Resolution #2026-15, approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Utah County for the Utah Lake Trail. 4. Consideration of the Clark Meadows Subdivision Concept Plan, an 11-lot residential project located at 9227 W 7750 N (Approximately 1800 W 1300 S) with a request for an exception in the form of density in lieu to allow flexibility on setbacks. Petitioner: JDH Development 9. Consideration of Resolution #2026-09, intending to annex the Slay Holdings Annexation, 4 acres of property located at approximately 2300 West 300 South. Consideration of Resolution #2026-10, intending to annex the Cedar Hollow Holdings Annexation, 15.31 acres of property located at approximately 400 South Center Street. Petitioner: Gary Cooper 6. Consideration of Ordinance #05-2026, approving the Parker Zone Change on 2.4 acres located at 300 North Palomino Way changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture). Consideration of Ordinance #06-2026, approving the 1450 est 1220 North Zone Change on 5.25 acres located at 1450 West 1220 North changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture). Consideration of Ordinance #07-2026, approving the Snow Zone Change on 0.66 acres located at 151 East 1450 North changing the zoning from TH-5 (transitional holding) to R-1-Flex (residential).
