NOTICE OF ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting on February 11, 2026, passed the following ordinance:
1. Ordinance No. 0211-26 - An Ordinance changing the General Plan from Rural Estate to Business/Light Manufacturing for a property in the vicinity of 3000 North 400 West;
2. Ordinance No. 0211-26 -1 - An Ordinance changing the zone from Annexed Transition (AT) to Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1) in the vicinity of 3000 North 400 West;
3. Ordinance No. 0211-26 -2 - An Ordinance changing the zone from General Commercial (GC) to Residential Dwelling - Multiple Units (R-3-M) for property in the vicinity of 491 North 400 West;
4. Ordinance No. 0211-26 -3 - An amending a development agreement for property located at approximately 4200 West & Center Street;
5. Ordinance No. 0211-26 -4 - An Ordinance amending the Transportation Master Plan in the vicinity of 2500 North Main Street; and
6. Ordinance No. 0211-26 -5 - An Ordinance modifying Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-12 pertaining to the previously repealed General Commercial zone.
Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website.
A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
