Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town council will hold its regularly scheduled
Council Meeting on the 5th of March 2026
At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

New Business:
Brock Jackson - R6 - General information and update for council
Neil & Becky Rasmussen - Request for a zoning change from residential agricultural to Resort Commercial for a portion of their property. Request for a utility exception for their parcel due to substantial infrastructure investment and significant cost and complexity to connect to Hanksville water and sewer system.
Use of a properly permitted well for water service
Installation of approved septic systems as needed, in compliance with all county and state health regulations.
Tabled Business
Mayor Pei - Request that serving council members are provided with complimentary water and sewer as a perk of their position.
Mayor Pei - Resort Tax and Highway Tax implementation.
