Public Hearing - Pleasant Acres at 55 East DD Hollow Road
Committee Chair Chad Veater opened the public hearing at 5:02 PM.
Stan Turczakov asked what the property owners plan to do with the subdivision. The land would be divided into 4 2-acre lots. It is zoned agricultural; it could be used for farming or to build a home. A private road has been dedicated to access the subdivided lots off of DD Hollow Road. Chad Veater exited the public hearing at 5:28 PM.
