Welcome to the meeting by Board President E. Mark Bezzant. 2. Invocation: By Invitation 3. Approval of the minutes of the February 12th, 2026 Board of Directors Meeting. 4. Report to the Board of any concerns or updates from the stockholders or the general public. 5. Report to the Board by President Mark Bezzant: 6. Report to the Board by Secretary/Treasurer Alicia Redding and Denise Roy regarding payments, share certificates and transfers, invoices, assessments, current financial status. 7. Report to the Board by BillieJoe Allgood of any concerns or information needed for the Board regarding his position as Watermaster. 8. Any concerns from Board members in their areas of responsibility. - Conversion of PGIC shares to piped water from the PRA - Review of the PGIC Water use reported to the state of Utah - Review of the Mill ditch enclosure project reimbursement agreement between Pleasant Grove City, Pleasant Grove Metropolitan Water District and PGIC dated 2-16-2021 9.
