- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville City requests a repeal of Title 11 Chapter 5 Article 7 Materials Processing and Storage Overlay Regulations 2) Springville Community Development requests an amendment to Springville Code Title 11 to adjust commercial site development and landscaping standards. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861.
