- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a platted roadway located at the intersection of 400 South Street and 1000 East Street, between Block 20, Plat B, St. George City Survey and Interstate 15. B. Consideration of an ordinance vacating portions of platted roadway within the St. George City Survey, located on the south side of 700 South Street, as follows: (1) at the intersection of 200 East Street and 700 South Street, between Block F-1, Plat C, and Block F-9, Plat B; and (2) at the intersection of 300 East Street and 700 South Street, between Block F-9, Plat B, and Block F-8, Plat B.
