Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE ELECTRICAL IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Murray City (the 'City') intends to contract to amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) related to electrical power. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann sections 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this IFFP and IFA are the areas served by Murray City Power Department. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
