- NEW TIME CHANGE: 5:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center, City Council Chambers located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the approval and adoption of the Springville Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) for Stormwater. The IFFP and IFA for the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The IFFP and IFA for Transportation. A copy of the IFFP and IFA is available for public review on the City's website (www.springvilleutah.gov) and in the Springville Public Library located at 45 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder
