Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, March 12, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider:
1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 56 acres located at approximately 250 W 3000 S from Agricultural Residential (A-2) to Planned Residential Community (PRC-10) with a Transferable Development Right (TDR-R) Overlay and the review of a concept plan for 63 residential lots.
The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting.
