- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on January 20, 2026: Ordinance 2026-02 amending Section 6.15.040.G.11.c(3) of the Midway City Land Use Code to allow reduced setbacks adjacent to dedicated golf course open space. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on February 3, 2026: Ordinance 2026-04 amending Midway City Code Section 16.13.060 to add Subsection (H). Full texts of the ordinances are available at the Midway City Recorder's office located in the Midway City Office Building at 75 North 100 West, Midway City, Utah.
