- NOTICE OF VACANCY ANGELL SPRINGS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that there is one vacancy on the Angell Springs Special Service District Administrative Control Board. The vacancy has a term expiring December 31, 2029. To qualify for appointment to that Board, the applicant must meet the following qualifications: 1) Be a U.S. Citizen; and 2) Be a registered voter residing in the boundary of the Angell Springs Special Service District. Those wishing to serve on the Angell Springs Special Service District Administrative Control Board should submit a completed Notice of Candidacy form to the Washington County Commission on or before March 13, 2026. The county commission will make the appointment(s) in a public meeting after the application period closes. The Notice of Candidacy form is available online at www.washco.utah.gov or at the County Commission Office, 111 East Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770.
