1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Discussion and Possible Action - Interpretation of Grievance Policy (Level 2 and Level 3 Sequencing) Discussion regarding interpretation and application of the grievance policy language concerning Level 2 'discussion' requirements and sequencing to Level 3. Possible board action to clarify policy interpretation. 4. Discussion and Possible Action - Authorization to Engage Outside HR Consultant Discussion regarding engagement of an external HR consultant to provide support on personnel and grievance matters. Possible board action. 5. Closed Session (If Needed) Closed session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 for discussion of specific personnel matters and/or protected records related to grievance proceedings. 6. Return to Open Session (If Applicable) Possible action following closed session. 7. Adjourn
