Discussion Items: * Review CIB Commissioners prioritization meeting & Policy Guidelines * Report on Duchesne County Water Roundtable * Review groundskeeping bid advertisements for 2026 season * Discuss Rodeo Ticket Company proposal for online rodeo ticket sales * Discuss Allred's proposal to overhaul the sprinkling system 6. Action Items: * Appoint board member to oversee park care. * Approve Allred's bid for working on the sprinkler system 7. Follow-up: * CIB grant for bleachers * Veterans Memorial estimate for 3 granite monuments * Board training * Right-of-way on lane south of park for connecting walking path to town sidewalk * Fueling at the state road shed * Advertise the old Gator
