Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Bids must be made in writing, signed by the bidder, and sealed. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled by the Bidder. NLC hereby reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time prior to Bid Opening, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity or informality in a Bid not involving price, and to make award or to refuse to make award in the best interest of NLC.
Winning Bidder will have twenty (20) days from the date of Bid Award to finalize purchase and make payment to NLC, otherwise purchase opportunity will be forfeited.
