Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Code Amendment Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding amending the Kamas Municipal Code §15.15.060, §15.16.060, §15.17.060 to add Cabinet Shop, Metal Works, and Showroom to the parking standards of each respective zone that they are permitted in. Preliminary Site Plan Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary site plan request from Ballerina Farm, LLC, for an agricultural tourism project located at 1476 W 200 S. The meeting will be held at the Kamas City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. Public comments are welcome and can be made in person or submitted via email to info@kamascityut.gov. The meeting will also be streamed live on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA.
