- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing via Zoom to consider the following: 1. Sale of 2.1 acres of land located at approximately 1820 W. Shepard Lane, on the North side Shephard Lane, to Rocky Mountain Power. The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or verbal comments. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 52-4-207(5)(e), all City Council members will participate remotely through audio-visual connection, and no anchor location will be provided for the public to personally attend the meeting, unless a member of the public makes a written request at least 12 hours before the scheduled meeting time, to provide for an anchor location for members of the public to attend the meeting in person.
