HINCKLEY TOWN 161 E 300 N - PO BOX 138 Hinckley, UT 84635 Phone: 435-864-3522 Fax: 435-864-3341 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026 BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. PUBLIC HEARING 1. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed legislative changes to the Hinckley Town Code and the official Zoning Map. The Commission will consider the following: Title 10 (Building Regulations): Comprehensive revisions to updates regarding construction standards, permits and compliance. Title 11 (Zoning Regulations): Amendments to land use categories, setbacks and development standards. Zoning Map Amendment: Proposed changes to the official Hinckley Town Zoning Map to align with updated Title 11 regulations. V. NEW BUSINESS 1.Application to Appear - Michael Zurn, JD Redevelopment. Building permit for a duplex at 895 W 75 S. 2. Application to Appear - Kevin Chambers. Building permit for manufactured home at 168 N. 100 W., Parcel H-2005. VI. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Tresa Taylor at Hinckley Town, Inc. at 435-864-3522 for anyone needing special assistance at a Hinckley Town public meeting. CERTIFICATE OF MAILING: The undersigned duly appointed secretary, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing agenda was posted to the Utah Public Notice Website, emailed to the Millard County Chronicle Progress newspaper in Delta, Utah and emailed to each member of the Governing Body, as well as being posted at the Hinckley Post Office, Hinckley Town Office and the ad board at 12 East 500 North, Hinckley, Utah on or before March 10, 2026 .
