FEBRUARY 26, 2026 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard, and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only for public hearing items. 6:30 p.m. Work Session (to consider the following items): (a) Commission Business (b) Staff Business 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 545 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Taylor Smith for a commercial site plan for a retail bank branch building, located at approximately 545 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. (Administrative Item) 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1008 S North County Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Wiscaver for a commercial site plan for a restaurant located at 1008 S North County Boulevard in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict. (Administrative Item) 3. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 350 S 700 West (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Dave Allison for a 4-lot preliminary commercial subdivision plat, called P.G. Business Park III Plat B Condo Plat on approximately 0.869 acres, located at approximately 350 South 700 West in the Manufacturing Distribution (M-D) Zone. (Administrative Item) 4. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 350 S 700 West (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Dave Allison for a commercial site plan for an industrial building, located at approximately 350 South 700 West in the Manufacturing Distribution (M-D) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 749 W Sam White Lane (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ryan Litke for a commercial site plan for two industrial buildings, located at approximately 749 W Sam White Lane in the Business and Manufacturing Park (BMP) Zone. (Administrative Item) 8. Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-13: Overlay Zones (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Julie Smith to amend Section 10-13: Overlay Zones. The proposed text establishes the creation of a new overlay called the 'Residential Cluster Development (RCD) Overlay' and provides provisions throughout the chapter for the proposed zone. (Legislative Item) 9. Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-6-2: Definitions (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City to amend Section 10-6-2: Definitions, to revise the definition for 'Building Height'. (Legislative Item) ***Item to be continued and re-noticed*** Review and approve the minutes for the February 12, 2026, meeting.
