SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, March 10, 2026, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance that would amend Title 11 of the Salt Lake City Code pertaining to nuisance private property. The proposal is intended to address persistent nuisance activity occurring on private properties and at commercial businesses where owners have failed to take proactive steps to curb illegal or disruptive conduct, including unruly parties, gatherings, and events on their premises. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City Hall, located at 451 South State Street, Room 315, Salt Lake City, Utah.
