- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of February 17, 2026, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 26-05 (02-17-26) Amending Title 20 of the City of Saratoga Springs Code. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours.
