- INVITATION FOR BIDS: VEHICLE SALE Moroni City, Utah Notice Date: February 24, 2026 Subject: Sale of Surplus City Vehicle - 2004 Ford F-550 1. Description of Vehicle Moroni City is accepting competitive sealed bids for the following surplus vehicle: - Item: 2004 Ford F-550 - Mileage: 173962 - Condition: Sold 'AS-IS' with no warranties expressed or implied. - Minimum Bid: There is no minimum bid amount required for this procurement. 2. Submission Instructions Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Sealed Bid: 2004 Ford F-550.' - Submission Deadline: Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM - Delivery Location: Moroni City Recorder's Office 80 South 200 West Moroni, UT 84646 - Late Bids: Any bid received after the 11:30 AM deadline will be disqualified. 3. Public Bid Opening In accordance with Utah Code ยง 63G-6a-603, bids will be publicly opened and the names of bidders and their bid amounts read aloud at: - Date & Time: Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 12:00 Noon. - Location: Moroni City Community Center, Council Chambers, 80 South 200 West, Moroni, UT. - Moroni City reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the city.
