- PAROWAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT, to receive public comments regarding a proposed minor lot subdivision located at approximately 200 N and 600 W. The subject property (owned by S&D Family Revocable Living Trust, c/o Dan Cowen), is proposed to be subdivided into two (2) parcels measuring 5.80 acres and 11,189 square feet, respectively. A copy of the Record of Survey and Minor Lot Subdivision is attached. The public is encouraged to attend to offer comments. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, the undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, do hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 23rd day of February, 2026. A copy of the foregoing notice was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.gov, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
