NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearing(s) before the Vineyard Planning Commission on March 4th, 2026, and the City Council on March 10th, 2026, at 6 pm or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059.
Holdaway Fields Development Agreement Amendment
The developer of Holdaway Fields has submitted a proposed amendment to the existing Development Agreement. The intent of this amendment is to align the agreement more closely with their current build strategy and implementation schedule. The proposal introduces updates to the phasing plan, park dedication timing, and lot frontage standards.
The Forge Development Agreement Amendment
Dakota Pacific has applied for a Development Agreement Amendment to modify the existing phasing requirements. This would postpone the initial requirement for a regionally significant entertainment anchor to a later phase.
Intermountain Health Development Agreement
Intermountain Health has applied for a Development Agreement regarding their property located within the Forge Special Purpose Zoning District. The development agreement would allow for the modification of lots, roadway access, and design requirements within the special purpose zoning district. It is their intention of purchasing the northeast corner lot (39:258:0004) of the Forge to consolidate with their existing property to create a 9.7-acre campus.
Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of materials are encouraged to be emailed to Anthony Fletcher at anthonyf@vineyardutah.gov prior to the meeting.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice was posted at the Vineyard City Offices, the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities.
