The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its March 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Residential Dwelling - Two Unit (R-2-2) in the vicinity of 1000 N 3900 W. Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council of Cedar City, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing to consider adopting, enacting, and/or modifying an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Enactment by ordinance for Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, Stormwater, Transportation, Sewer, and Culinary Water. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the hour of 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Cedar City Council Chambers, located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
Cedar City has prepared a proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan and enactment ordinance(s). Copies of all the foregoing have been placed in City Hall located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah, the Cedar City Library located at 303 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah, and on the City's website at https://cedarcityut.gov.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comment about the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the City. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments.
