Pursuant to the provisions of sections 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code , notice is hereby given that the Washington County Water Conservancy District intends to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for the Kolob Retail Water Service Area. The anticipated location of the impact fee facilities studied in this plan is the Kolob Retail Water Service Area in Washington County, Utah.
