Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing A proposal for a zoning map amendment will be presented before the Weber County Planning Commission in a public hearing on March 3, 2026. This is a request for a positive recommendation to change the zoning of 14 acres of land located at 3300 West 2550 South from Agricultural A-1 to Residential R1-15, thereby allowing for the potential of a 40-lot residential development. The public hearing will take place in the County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd, 1st floor, and begins at 5:00 pm.
